The AIIM Story
Our History
Avant Imaging and Integrated Media (AIIM) was founded in 1990 by brothers Frank and Mario Giorgio. From a regional commercial printer, AIIM has grown to be a leader in print and digital marketing communications.
The acquisition of AIIM by Vegvisir Capital in spring 2022, and further growth with the acquisition of Prime Data, Inc and EnFo Technologies, launched AIIM into the forefront of the direct mail industry in North America. This amalgamation created an all-star team of experts focused on delivering revenue growth for our customers with recurring and integrated marketing communications.
Carbon neutral direct mail program availability to AIIM clients is one of the many positive outcomes of these mergers.

Patrick Masset
Chief Executive Officer
With over 15 years of sales and customer success leadership experience, Patrick brings a proven ability to transform, scale and accelerate revenue growth by implementing processes and KPIs, leveraging technology, driving focus, building strong teams and client partnerships.
Recently, he served as AVP of Sales at Imperva, a leading cybersecurity software provider.
Prior to that, he was VP of Sales and Revenue Retention at both Dye & Durham and Wolters Kluwer, as well as Executive Vice President of Sales and Customer Experience at Doxim for 6+ years.
Patrick possesses robust industry knowledge, having spent the bulk of his professional career in and around customer communication management.
Dennis Brink
Vice President of Operations
Dennis brings over 25 years of experience in engineering, automation, software development, and operations to provide leadership to our highly skilled production teams and front-line, customer-facing employees.
He manages our production team’s staffing, skills training, and performance management. Our company-wide quality programs are run by Dennis and integrated into our operations and customer relationship functions, with a focus on improving our adoption of technology to create a more efficient plant with higher quality and predictability.
Dennis has recently worked at software and security firms, and consulted with some of Canada’s largest enterprises. Prior to that, he was SVP of Operations at Doxim in the customer communication management industry. He possesses the Ontario Professional Engineer (P. Eng) designation and the Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification from ISACA.
Bob Gallant
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Bob brings over 25 years of thought leadership and passion helping clients deliver meaningful, timely, personalized and impactful communications that drive growth and deliver consistent brand experience along evolving customer journeys.
His passion for achieving organizational results through transformative solutions that bridge print and technology has resulted in award-winning achievements that continue to help clients realize their communication goals. Bob enjoyed many years as a senior business leader at RR Donnelley Canada, where he oversaw national high-volume transactional CXM platforms, delivering data-driven technology solutions designed to inspire and engage targeted audiences.
Lenn Bond
VP, IT & Premedia
Lenn is a distinguished Business and Technology Executive with over three decades of experience in steering complex projects and transformative technology solutions across various industries. His extensive career is marked by a remarkable ability to blend strategic vision with operational expertise, resulting in successful business management, technology innovation, and client engagement. Lenn’s profound impact on enterprise systems architecture, security compliance, and project delivery is underscored by his leadership in managing multi-million-dollar programs and budgets, as well as his deep involvement in enterprise IT planning and management.
Through the development of advanced platforms like iControlZone and iAccessPLUS, he has expanded the company’s offerings and boosted revenue with subscription-based models. His leadership in implementing a robust Information Security & Protection Policy further solidified client trust and financial stability.
Lenn’s previous roles at ThinkWrap Solutions, Allstream and TELUS highlight his ability to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth through strategic project management and client engagements. His expertise in financial management, combined with a strong foundation in technology, has consistently resulted in successful business transformations.
Muhammad Chakera
Finance Executive
Muhammad is a compassionate team leader, mentor and coach with over 15 years of global accounting, finance, tax & internal audit experience. He believes and encourages personal and professional success for everyone. His industry experience includes food distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, CPG, retail, hospitality, not-for-profit, logistics, and health & service sector. He has previously worked with industry leading organizations like The Aga Khan Development Network (Pakistan), Union Cooperative Society (Dubai), Carter’s Oshkosh, Royal Building Products, and Maximum Seafood.
Muhammad has an MBA (Finance) and holds CPA, CGA, ACCA (UK), CIA & CISA certifications. He likes travelling, gardening, spending time with his wife and three children, socializing with friends, and watching TV.
George van Overdijk
VP, Client Services
George has built a distinguished career in the graphic communications industry, with leadership roles at local, national, and corporate levels. His expertise spans Operations, Manufacturing, Technical Services, Business Development, Client Services, and Project Management, always guided by a “Customer First” philosophy. George’s contributions to the industry include serving on the board of the Heidelberg Digital Imaging Association as Canadian Director and Executive Board member, where his impact on peers and organizations has been significant.
Before joining Informco in 2011, George worked at Bowne, developing a broad network of professional relationships. In 2024, he assumed a key role at AIIM, further extending his influence in the field. His academic background includes a Bachelor of Technology from Toronto Metropolitan University and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, equipping him with the strategic insight needed to navigate an ever-evolving industry. George remains dedicated to excellence, fostering collaboration, and shaping the future of the graphic communications sector.
Pat Krishnan
VP, Human Resources
Pat is a seasoned human resources leader with over 20 years of experience in developing and executing HR strategies that support business growth, foster a positive workplace culture, and enhance employee engagement most especially in the tech industry. As Vice President of Human Resources at AIIM, Pat leads a team responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and organizational development.
A strategic thinker and an advocate for innovation in HR practices, Pat has successfully implemented initiatives that optimize talent management, streamline HR operations, and improve employee retention. Known for a strong ability to build trust and foster collaboration across all levels of the organization, she partners with leadership to drive business results through people-centered approaches.
